生殖醫(yī)學中心副主任，主任醫(yī)師，醫(yī)學博士，留美耶魯大學博士后，碩士研究生導師，博士后合作導師，中華醫(yī)學會廣東省生殖醫(yī)學分會青委會前任副主任委員。先后畢業(yè)于同濟醫(yī)科大學和北京大學醫(yī)學部，從事生殖內(nèi)分泌及婦產(chǎn)科醫(yī)、教、研工作二十余年。在各種常見生殖內(nèi)分泌疾病(如多囊卵巢綜合征、復發(fā)性流產(chǎn)、子宮內(nèi)膜異位癥和卵巢功能減退等)及不孕癥的規(guī)范化診治方面積累了較豐富臨床經(jīng)驗。在國內(nèi)較早開展女性生育力保護的臨床轉(zhuǎn)化研究，作為項目負責人，承擔并完成國家自然科學基金面上項目及青年基金、中國博士后科學基金、廣東省自然科學基金等十余項科研課題，發(fā)表SCI論著60余篇(其中第一作者近20篇)，累計他引次數(shù)逾百次，研究成果曾受邀在美國生殖醫(yī)學年會(ASRM)和歐洲生殖醫(yī)學年會(ESHRE)進行大會發(fā)言。2015年入選深圳市高層次人才，同年作為深圳醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生領(lǐng)域首位入選者榮獲廣東省特支計劃青年拔尖人才。2017年作為年度大陸生殖醫(yī)學領(lǐng)域唯一入選者獲“米爾斯坦亞美醫(yī)學基金（MMAAPF）”赴耶魯大學訪問交流。2017年入選廣東省杰出青年醫(yī)學人才。2017年和2018年連續(xù)兩年獲評第一屆和第二屆胡潤榜?平安中國好醫(yī)生，2023年度嶺南名醫(yī)。
