　　7月29日，在巴黎奧運會男子雙人十米跳臺比賽中，山東選手練俊杰和隊友楊昊合作一跳奪魁。值得一提的是，這也是山東健兒在巴黎奧運會上奪得的首枚金牌。

　　On the 29th of July, at the Paris Olympics, Lian Junjie from Shandong, alongside his teammate Yang Hao, clinched the gold medal in the men's diving synchronized 10-meter platform event. This achievement marked the first gold medal for athletes from Shandong in the Paris Olympics.

　　2000年出生的練俊杰，在中國跳水隊里被稱為“大眼”。他最初被外界記住，在很大程度上并非因為成績，而是顏值。在2017年世錦賽時，練俊杰獲得了混雙項目冠軍。當被問及是否是隊里的顏值擔(dān)當時，他青澀的回答和遲疑的表情，讓采訪視頻迅速走紅，并一度沖上熱搜。練俊杰不僅是顏值擔(dān)當，更是實力的代表。他曾以滿分123分完成高難度的409C動作，展現(xiàn)了卓越的技巧和對跳水的熱愛。為了實現(xiàn)奧運夢想，他等待了8年，在此期間不斷與傷病作斗爭。盡管手腕、肩膀、后腰等部位時常受傷，但他始終堅韌不拔，用汗水和努力證明了只要堅持和努力，就能在自己的人生舞臺上跳出最完美的一跳。

During the 2017 World Championships, he won the mixed synchronized event. When questioned about being the team's paragon of facial attractiveness, his bashful response and momentary hesitation made the interview video go viral and quickly topped the search trends. Beyond his good looks, Lian Junjie stands as a testament to strength and skill. He has executed the challenging 409C dive with a perfect score of 123 points, showcasing his exceptional diving abilities and passion for the sport. His Olympic dream, a journey of eight years, was fraught with battles against injuries. Despite frequent injuries to his wrists, shoulders, and lower back, his resilience and dedication have consistently demonstrated that with perseverance and hard work, one can achieve the most exquisite performance on life's stage.
