摘要： [目的/意義]分析國內(nèi)外健康數(shù)字鴻溝的研究現(xiàn)狀，梳理健康數(shù)字鴻溝的研究框架，為國內(nèi)外學者開展健康數(shù)字鴻溝相關研究提供參考。[研究設計/方法]通過主題詞檢索，篩選出健康數(shù)字鴻溝相關英文文獻77篇，中文文獻17篇，采用系統(tǒng)性綜述法對國內(nèi)外健康數(shù)字鴻溝的研究主題和研究方法進行分析，總結并展望健康數(shù)字鴻溝研究方向。[結論/發(fā)現(xiàn)]通過文獻梳理，總結健康數(shù)字鴻溝的研究框架，揭示健康數(shù)字鴻溝的研究現(xiàn)狀，歸納健康數(shù)字鴻溝的3個表現(xiàn)維度、4大影響因素，2類影響結果以及4種干預措施。[創(chuàng)新/價值]對國內(nèi)外健康數(shù)字鴻溝主題的研究進行了系統(tǒng)梳理，明確研究要點和未來發(fā)展方向，為促進健康數(shù)字公平，消除健康數(shù)字鴻溝提供研究框架和理論基礎。

Abstract: [Purpose/Significance] This paper aims to analyze the current state of research on the health digital divide, both domestically and internationally, sort out the research framework of the health digital divide, so as to provide a useful reference for scholars looking to carry out further research in this field. [Design/Methodology] 77 English and 17 Chinese literatures were selected through subject search and manual screening, and the systematic review was used to examine the research topics and methods of the health digital divide. The paper concludes by presenting future research directions and prospects for the health digital divide. [Findings/Conclusion] Through literature review, we propose the framework of the health digital divide,reveals the research status of the health digital divide, summarizes three performance dimensions, four major influencing factors, two major impacts, and four major intervention measures of the health digital divide. [Originality/Value] Through this comprehensive review, we have revealed the current state of research and future development directions on the health digital divide, providing a theoretical foundation for promoting health digital equity.
