摘要

近年來，人們越來越重視身邊的生態(tài)環(huán)境，“植樹造林，保護環(huán)境”已成為全民參與的一項大型義務(wù)活動。然而，人工造林效率低、速度慢且勞動強度大，而機械化造林則是大勢所趨，不僅可以提高勞動效率、減輕勞動強度，還能保證造林質(zhì)量、降低生產(chǎn)成本、提高經(jīng)濟效益。

本文介紹了固沙植樹機的相關(guān)背景、國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、植樹機的設(shè)計要求及其類型、工作原理、技術(shù)性能。通過對原始數(shù)據(jù)的分析比較、方案的論證以及綜合考慮，完成了植樹機的總體設(shè)計。在此基礎(chǔ)上對植樹機從結(jié)構(gòu)原理、動力選擇、提升機構(gòu)設(shè)計、螺旋挖掘鏟的設(shè)計、取苗及種苗裝置等設(shè)計進行闡述。

Abstract

Inrecentyears,peoplepaymoreandmoreattentiontotheecologicalenvironmentaroundthem.Afforestation,environmentalprotectionhasbecomealarge-scalevoluntaryactivityinvolvingthewholepeople.?However,artificialafforestationhaslowefficiency,slowspeedandhighlaborintensity,whilemechanizedafforestationisthegeneraltrend,whichcannotonlyimprovelaborefficiencyandreducelaborintensity,butalsoensureafforestationquality,reduceproductioncostsandimproveeconomicbenefits.

Thispaperintroducestherelevantbackground,researchstatusathomeandabroad,thedesignrequirementsandtypes,workingprincipleandtechnicalperformanceofthetreeplantingmachine.?Throughtheanalysisandcomparisonoftheoriginaldata,thedemonstrationoftheschemeandcomprehensiveconsideration,theoveralldesignofthetreeplantingmachineiscompleted.?Onthisbasis,thetreeplantingmachinefromthestructureprinciple,powerselection,liftingmechanismdesign,spiralexcavationshoveldesign,seedlingandseedlingdevicedesignaredescribed.
