摘要：

分娩準備度不足對孕產(chǎn)婦分娩體驗、分娩結(jié)局、母嬰健康會造成不良影響,甚至影響其后續(xù)的分娩意愿,加劇少子化現(xiàn)象。該文從分娩準備度的內(nèi)涵、評估工具、影響因素和干預(yù)措施等方面進行綜述,以期為國內(nèi)改善臨床護理服務(wù)質(zhì)量,完善分娩準備度相關(guān)研究提供理論基礎(chǔ)和實踐指導(dǎo)。

Abstract:

Inadequate birth preparedness can endanger maternal and infant health and influence the childbirth outcome. Moreover,poor preparedness can also lead to women’s low desire for subsequent fertility,which aggravates the phenomenon of low birth rate. This article reviewed the concept and connotation,assessment tools,influencing factors and interventions of childbirth readiness,so as to provide theoretical bases and practical guidance for improving the quality of clinical nursing service and future research on childbirth readiness in China.
