中醫(yī)減重,核心就三件事:健脾、祛濕、通經(jīng)絡(luò)。不極端節(jié)食,不高強(qiáng)度虐腹,通過飲食調(diào)理、穴位按摩、溫和運(yùn)動,讓身體代謝恢復(fù)正常。脾胃好了,濕氣排了,身體變輕松,脂肪自然慢慢減少。

TCM weight loss focuses on three key things: strengthen the spleen, remove dampness, unblock meridians. No extreme dieting, no intense exercise. By adjusting diet, massaging acupoints, and gentle movement, it restores normal metabolism.When the spleen and stomach function well and dampness is cleared, the body feels lighter, and fat gradually decreases.

想健康瘦,記住這幾點(diǎn):少吃生冷油膩,多吃山藥、小米、冬瓜等健脾祛濕食物;飯后多散步,睡前按揉足三里、陰陵泉,幫助消化、祛濕氣;少熬夜,熬夜最傷脾胃,越熬越虛、越虛越胖。
