PAGE PAGE I 巴哈大賽汽車改裝與設計 摘要：2015年8月，中國的第一次BSC競賽在山東濰坊舉辦成功，使中國成為世界上第六個舉辦BSC競賽的國家的同時，而且全國各大學的學生也開始熱情的參加比賽。這是一個全新的新的技術領域，它的懸架和轉向系統(tǒng)的設計在整個汽車的設計中起著重要作用，就像人的腿和腳一樣，健康有力的腿和腳，可以使人類更快的邁進一步。只有有著一個出色的懸架和轉向系統(tǒng)，這輛賽車才可能達到一個良好的水平。本這篇論文主要討論了巴哈賽車懸架和轉向系統(tǒng)的設計方法，而且做出了相應的預防措施，以及對有關數(shù)據(jù)的計算和分析，并解決了車輪定位參數(shù)、側傾中心、偏頻、懸架轉向系統(tǒng)斷點的位置等問題。有效的利用MATLAB軟件，并構建模型，來設計變量，進行模型的優(yōu)化，獲得優(yōu)化的懸架位置參數(shù)。希望能提供寶貴的經(jīng)驗，為以后的參賽隊伍做出前路與數(shù)據(jù)支持。 關鍵詞：BSC賽車；懸架與轉向系統(tǒng)；ADAMS；MATLAB;仿真優(yōu)化 Baja Automobile Modification and Design Abstract:In August 2015, Chinas first BSC competition was successfully held in Weifang, Shandong Province, making China the sixth country in the world to hold a BSC competition. At the same time, students from universities across the country also began to participate enthusiastically in the competition. This is a brand-new and new technical field. The design of its suspension and steering system plays an important role in the design of the whole car. Just like human legs and feet, healthy and powerful legs and feet can make human beings take a further step faster. Only with an excellent suspension and steering system can the car reach a good level. This paper mainly discusses the design method of Baja racing car suspension and steering system, and makes corresponding preventive measures, as well as the calculation and analysis of relevant data, and solves the wheel alignment parameters, roll center, deflection frequency, suspension steering system breakpoint location and other issues. Effective use of MATLAB software, and build a model to design variables, model optimization, to obtain optimized suspension position parameters. I hope I can provide valuable experience and provide data support for future teams.
