緩解疲勞的關鍵在于保證機體運動水平,科學合理膳食與運動營養(yǎng)補充是主要途徑。隨著我國全民健康運動的興起,運動人群不斷增長,具有補充機體能量、減輕運動疲勞等作用的運動營養(yǎng)食品逐漸受到人們關注和重視,成為實現(xiàn)健康生活方式不可或缺的一個方面。目前,我國運動營養(yǎng)食品標準日趨完善,市場份額逐年增長,產(chǎn)業(yè)愈發(fā)成熟,發(fā)展前景十分樂觀。本文從運動營養(yǎng)食品的定義及分類出發(fā),系統(tǒng)闡述運動營養(yǎng)食品及其抗疲勞活性成分的國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,并對其未來發(fā)展趨勢做出展望,以期推動抗疲勞功能性運動食品的科學研究與應用開發(fā),為普通大眾了解運動營養(yǎng)食品、科學選擇運動營養(yǎng)食品提供參考依據(jù)。 關 鍵 詞:運動營養(yǎng)食品;抗疲勞;活性成分收稿時間:2021-09-02修稿時間:2021-12-06

At present, the standards of sports nutrition food in our country are improving day by day, and the market share is increasing year by year, and the industry is becoming more mature, and the development prospects are very optimistic. Starting from the definition and classification of sports nutrition foods, and this article systematically expounds the current research status of sports nutrition foods and its anti-fatigue bioactive components at home and abroad, and prospects for their future development trends.
